In order for all of us to have a safe trip and a good time we want to go over the guidelines.
No Charter can be confirmed without a deposit being received.
A deposit is required for every trip. The amount will vary depending on the duration of the trip. Deposits will be refunded in full if a trip is cancelled by the captain due to equipment malfunction or weather conditions. Additionally, deposits will be refunded in full if a trip is cancelled more than two weeks in advance of it's scheduled date. Unfortunately, some cancelations can result in forfeiture of deposit, we put a lot of time and effort into preparing for your trip so deposits will not be refunded if a trip is cancelled by a customer without a re-booking within two weeks of the scheduled date. If the trip is re-booked, the deposit will be applied to the new booking. More details about this will be discussed when booking.
Anyone that carelessly or intentionally damages the boat or equipment will be charged for damages.
Alcohol is permitted if consumed lawfully and in a responsible manor. No unlawful drugs are permitted on the vessel. Violators will be reported to the proper authorities.
No glass containers are permitted on the boat.
